If you would like an image of your choice printed on our canvas media, we are more than happy to do so. Please contact us for further details regarding this.
Please keep in mind that custom orders will take longer to process, so the dispatch time will be slightly longer than the standard prints.
=POLICY, SHIPPING & RETURNS=
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 working days. If we have any issues processing the order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We will inform you once the parcel has been dispatched.
For international parcels, we always provide tracking details and for Large UK orders, we also provide tracking details.
Please keep a close eye on the tracking, as failure to receive the parcel would result in the item being returned back to us. If you would like the parcels sent out to you again, in this case, we would only ask that you pay for the delivery cost. However, if you would like a refund, we can only offer a refund on the product cost and not the delivery.
Order cancellations are accepted if you cancel the order before it has been shipped.
Returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of the delivery if the item has not been used or damaged in any way.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please note that the buyer must pay for the return of the item.
Refunds can only be given for the cost of the item and not for the shipping. This will be issued once we have the product back and we confirm it has not been damaged or used.
